The alleged owner Michael repaired my broken spring, then said my foundation had settled, causing a 3-inch gap on one side of my garage door that wasn't there before. Another company explained that he just left the cable wheel in the wrong position (see photos), and it was an easy fix. It's so obvious it had to be intentional. I also asked "owner" Michael about replacing the weatherstrip. He said it's very difficult and expensive and he probably couldn't get the parts. The other, honest and reputable repairman said I could get it replaced by any company servicing that brand of door.
